Le Fournil makes a range of delicious sandwiches: excellent for a day at the beach or a picnic... Try our "Firenze" - chicken mayo with avo, pesto and pecorino or the tomato/mozzarella, Parisienne - gypsy ham with butter and brie or the Smoked salmon and cream cheese on a healthy cereal roll. Well "the season" has finally arrived and for Le Fournil it brings with it a new set of conditions! Namely, how to increase our volumes by 5-fold... New staff have been drafted into the kitchen and a new roster drawn up - an earlier start for one team and a second team that stays later.
